HANDMADE EMBROIDERY

Stylist by trade, Célia Bruneau instinctively works with embroidery, a craft she reinterprets by straying away from traditional codes. With an intuitive and spontaneous approach, she uses thread as a link between drawing and fabric. A way of approaching a piece in a personal and symbolic way, almost fetish. Modern graphics inspired by everyday life, a mood or sketches almost naive, her creations confront technique and materials to the imperfect rhythm of the drawing, giving full meaning to the concept of handmade work.
